Ordering

We take security seriously. In order to get an Instone login you will need to first be an authorized dealer. In order to become an authorized dealer, please contact customer service.  Once completed fill out the New User Account Setup form. 

    1. Log into your dealer portal.
    2. Click Shop Products on the Main Menu to your left.
    3. Then add each product to your basket. Be sure to select the quantities needed and hit the add to cart button.
    4. Once done proceed to checkout, review all information.
    5. Then click save and proceed to see a detailed view of your order. This includes weight, shipping cost, and total.
    6. At the bottom of the detailed view you can choose to place the order or save the cart for future use with a unique name.
    7. If you save the cart you can return to it from the Main Menu section under Ordering, Saved Carts.

  1. Log into your Instone portal.
  2. Using the main menu bar on the left click Orders and Shipments - Open Orders
  3. Use the search bar under Open orders and type in your order number or scroll the list.

Coupon Codes

Want to know where to find coupon codes and promotional discounts? Once logged into your dealer portal head to the Instone News & Events section where current promotions will be displayed. Be sure to use the code at the checkout to get the offer. You'll also notice when browsing special corner flags to indicate which products are eligible for the offer.

Availability

Our white glove service includes helping you find the dealer closest to you that also carries the product you're looking for and we don't leave that up to AI. Contact our customer service team and they will be happy to help you find the right dealer for your needs. Most of the time all that is needed is your zip code and the name of the products you're seeking.

Customer Service Contact

To check stock, login to your dealer account and find the item you are looking for using the search method of your choice. Beneath the item, you will see a small grid labeled 'Available Quantity'. The numbers listed on the grid represent the availability of that product at any one of our four warehouse locations: Massachuesetts, New Jersey, Ohio and Illinois. And since our grid is live, the numbers listed are a real-time representation of that product's availability.

  1. Log into your dealer portal.
  2. On the Main Menu click on Orders & Shipments.
  3. On the open menu click on Open Order Details. Here you will see a list of your most recent orders.
  4. Find the ship date column and click the arrows to sort. All of the products with the same ship date will arrive in the same shipment.

Pricing

To find the cost of a product, first login to your dealer account and find the item you're looking for by browsing the Shop Products menu option on the left side of the screen or by using the search bar at the top of the window. Once you have found the item, your per unit dealer cost will be listed on the right side of the screen along with the specific unit type.

Bud's Boneyard

    1. Login to your dealer portal.
    2. Create a new order and save it.
    3. On the saved order you will find shipping costs in addition to weight and price for the order.

  2. Access your Dashboard.
  3. Click Price Books.
  4. Then, click the download icon to download and view your price books.

Pick-ups & Transfers

When needed, we will internally transfer material within our warehouses to fulfill your order. There is no fee to our customers for this transfer.

Interwarehouse transfers are done every week. However it can take up to 2 weeks for material to arrive at its new location.

While we can make arrangements for customer pick ups at our warehouse locations we strongly urge you to use our route truck system to get standard deliveries on a regular schedule. If your situation necessitates a pick up there are a few important items to remember.

  • There are no same day pick ups.
  • Pick up times vary by location. Please conact customer service service to ensure a convenient time is available.

Shipping

  • Log into your dealer portal.
  • Click on Orders & Shipments
  • Click Open Orders.
  • Find the shipping date on the chart.

Returns & Claims

We do our best to ensure your order is free of errors, but if you have questions about your invoice or pricing we're here to help. Simply contact our customer service team and they will address your needs.

We do our best to ensure you receive the best quality product, however we know that sometimes issues arise. If you need to submit a claim please use the claim form so our team can review the claim in detail. Once reviewed you will be contacted regarding possible outcomes.

To complete the form you will need:

  • Your invoice number
  • Reason for request
  • Item number(s)
  • Photos of the items being returned

Product Info & Samples

Visit our website or login to your dealer account and search for the product by name. Click on the product image for a more detailed view of that product's technical specifications including square footage, dimensions and installations.

Our inventory is designated by the following packaging abbreviations

  • BBF (Big Box Flats)
  • BBC (Big Box Corners)
  • HPF (Handy Pack Flats)
  • HPC (Handy Pack Corners)
  • PAL (Pallet)
  • EAC (Each)
  • Each product skew on our website has either a blue or red highlight at the bottom of the product image. Blue indicates Flats while Red indicates Corners.
